Prohibited industries subject to rejection
- Entities/Merchants/Customers selling illegal substances and substances designed to mimic illegal drugs (narcotics).
- Entities/Merchants/Customers providing services related to prostitution or products related to child pornography, pedophilia, nudity of minors, or any items that involve the illegal participation of minors in any way.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers selling products or services that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
- Entities/Merchants/Customer selling products or services without the required permission/license.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers engaged in illegal gambling, illegal online gaming operations and/or online casinos.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers engaged in illegal or unregistered fund-raising activities, donations and charity.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers engaged in smuggled goods.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers selling or engaged in and activities related to Violation of Bribery, Plunder and Corruption.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers engaged in and activities are related to violations of the Laws on illegal/unlawful possession, manufacture,dealing in, acquisition or disposition of firearms, ammunition or explosives, including military, police supply and weapons.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers selling, engaged in and activities are related to manufacture, acquisition, possession, development, export, trans-shipment, brokering, transport, transfer, stockpiling or use of nuclear, chemical,biological weapons and their means of deliver and related materials, including both technologies and dual use goods used for non-legitimate purposes.
Restricted industries subject to approval
- Entities/Merchants/Customers providing services or products related to cryptocurrencies.
- Entities/Merchants/Customer selling tobacco and alcohol products in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.
- Entities/Merchants/Customer engaged in gambling, gaming, prize draws and contests, if the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers engaged in providing medical items or services that require a government license in the provider’s jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where services are being provided.
- Entities/Merchants/Customers engaged in live streaming/broadcasting that the activities where activities involve transmitting video, voice or text content in a live environment with the potential of user interaction.
- Entities/Merchants/Customer providing financial services and services related to investment and brokerage, lending, money remittance, currency exchange and other monetary business.
